FBK is the auditor of Atomenergoprom

On 1 July Atomenergoprom shareholders’ general meeting approved FBK Company, financial and accounting consultants, as the Corporation auditor for 2013 from 1 July. FBK specialists will conduct the company’s statutory audit for 2013 in accordance with the Russian accounting standards (RAS).
 
Atomic Energy Power Corporation, an open joint-stock company, is a subsidiary of Rosatom SC, an integrated company consolidating civil assets of the Russian atomic industry. Atomenergo provides for a complete production cycle in nuclear energy, from the uranium mining to the construction of NPP and production of electric power.
