FBK Joins NP Lizingovy Soyuz

FBK has become a member of Lizingovy Soyuz, a non-profit partnership supporting the development of leasing activities. This is Russia's first professional association of lessors that has been representing the industry at the state level for more than 15 years.

“Today FBK is a leading player in professional leasing market. It has been consistently ranked first in the category Audit of Leasing Companies since the first publication of the ranking. This membership offers us an opportunity for effective cooperation with the leasing community in multiple areas such as audit, methodology, IT systems, as well as the preparation of financial statements in accordance with RAS and IFRS Accounting Standards,” said Vladimir Potekhin, Partner and Head of Financial Market Services at FBK.

The purpose of this partnership is consistent development of the industry, as well as protection of the interests of all its participants. Lizingovy Soyuz is a platform for sharing experience between market players in such areas as finance, accounting, legislation, and information technology.

“I am quite confident that our expertise will also help leasing companies attract financing on more favourable terms by going public through bond-secured loans or IPO,” the FBK representative added.

For several years, FBK has been a leader in the Russian audit and consulting market and, according to Expert RA rating agency, is the largest audit company in Russia.
