FBK Legal Accredited by National Bank TRUST

FBK Legal has been included in the list of qualified tax law, corporate law and M&A service providers by National Bank TRUST. The accreditation is valid for three years.

The bank’s special commission analysed the firm’s professional services proposal and its compliance with the requirements to the experience, expertise and number of employees, revenue and business reputation.

National Bank TRUST is a Russian financial institution majority-owned by the state, which was established as part of the Bank of Russia’s efforts aimed at the rehabilitation of the banking system. The bank’s objective is efficient asset management in order to increase the market value of assets and sell them for the highest price possible, which will help the government to recover expenses for the financial rehabilitation of big banks.
