The lawyer spoke on the “Legal precedents of determining value for customs purposes and applied adjustments” at the Customs Dispute Resolution section where she specifically dwelt on the considerations which weigh on the decisions on the rightful and well-reasoned application of adjustments to customs value.
“Foreign trade practice is one of the promising areas of business. We see our contribution to the conference as another step towards further development of the practice and an opportunity to bill ourselves as a promising market player in this area,” Darya added.
