FBK Legal at Kutafin Legal Cup

FBK Legal was responsible for the real estate and construction section of Kutafin Legal Cup, Second All-Russian Legal Case Championship.

According to Elizaveta Kapustina, Senior Lawyer at FBK Legal, this year participants had a chance to attend a training course which started a month before the case championship and was meant to make students ready for the competition. “The course aroused much interest in students as it gave them a chance to obtain additional knowledge and practical skills which, as a rule, are not provided by the educational system. And it is particularly important that the best team in the section was the one trained by legal practitioners of FBK Legal,” she said.

“Acta est fabula”, a team combined of students from Moscow State University and Russian School of Private Law, became a confident winner of the real estate and construction section. The main prize for all team members was an opportunity to complete an internship at FBK Legal.

Kutafin Legal Cup, Second All-Russian Legal Case Championship, was held on 1 December 2017 as part of the Twelfth Scientific and Practical Conference “Business in Russia”. During this intellectual competition teams of young lawyers solved practical cases.
