FBK Legal at SibLegalWeek 2016

Alexander Ermolenko, a FBK Legal Partner, moderated and contributed to a session “Corporate management: realities, trends and outlook” at the SibLegalWeek 2016 event “Government and business relations: venues for development and cooperation” held in Novosibirsk.

Alexander noted, “Corporate law is a vibrant fast-changing area of vast practical use. This explains the willingness of professional community, business players, public authorities to take part in such events as the Siberian Law Week. Everyone has a chance here to have his say, discuss practices in the application of some norms and regulations, pinpoint the challenges which impede efficient business development and, inevitably, this country’s growth.”

The Forum has brought together Russia’s leading lawyers, representative of field-specific institutions of higher education and government authorities. The SibLegalWeek 2016 hosted a conference dedicated to various aspects of government-business relations, featured round-table and panel discussions. The Forum’s attendees also had a chance to participate in a mock trial duel.
