FBK Legal lawyers have closed an international transaction on assets acquisition

COBA International Holding announced the closing of transaction on Russian producer of plastic construction materials acquisition - SPK Profile LLC. Legal support of the transaction on Russian company acquisition by foreign resident was implemented by FBK Legal Commercial practice specialists.

In the result of this transaction SPK Profile production based in Samara will get investments in equipment and tools, IT-infrastructure and business processes. The headquarter also plans to share manufacturing technologies with Russians.
COBA International will get a modern production of plastic construction materials in Russia being in compliance with
European standards with own order portfolio.

The new company will have the name COBA SPK Profiles.

According to Andrew Shkadov, head of Commercial practice, FBK Legal lawyers have carried out a registration and transaction structuring. Under its drawing up there have been applied the standards both English and Russian laws. Our specialists also coordinated the activity of foreign lawyers who supported this transaction.

COBA International is one of the largest European companies on production, delivery and distribution of polymer construction materials – thermoplastic.
