The lawyers of FBK Legal Corporate Practice acted as the Registrar for resolution about the issue. According to Dmitry Kudrin, the project manager, senior lawyer, corporate law project manager, the issuer is entitled to place the shares during the year after the registration of resolution about the release.
“We will continue our work with the company and the next stage of the procedure will be the registration of report about the results of stock placing”, says Dmitry Kudrin.
