FBK Legal lawyers successfully closed the deal in the best interests of an international pharmaceutical company Actavis in regard to the sale of controlling stake in its factory.
The FBK Legal team led by Partner Alexander Ermolenko and the Head of practice Anna Grishchenkova provided full legal, corporate and negotiation support for the Client at all stages of the transaction, working in cooperation with American and European branches of Actavis.
Actavis Group followed by its last year’s merger with a global pharma company Watson propelled into third place among the world's drug manufacturers and distributors with expected annual revenue around 8 bln USD.
