FBK Legal leader participated in the IBA Law Firm Management

Last week Moscow witnessed the 9th Annual IBA Law Firm Management Conference. The FBK Legal Managing Partner Nadezhda Orlova moderated the Quest for Talent round table session.

Lawyers from Russia, near-abroad states and the European Union discussed the reasons dictating the need to invest in selecting, recruiting and retaining the very best.

As explained by Nadezhda Orlova, a team of individuals able to take the company into the future and continue as leaders in 2025 have to be hired just now.
