FBK Legal Partner took part in the AK Transneft advisory panel

Within the framework of the Transneft advisory panel meeting on the legal protection of the state-owned company activities in the regions
Alexander Ermolenko, the head of the FBK Legal corporate practice, presented his report on the
“Ways to oppose the corporate greenmail.”
According to
Alexander Ermolenko, to take part in the work of the panel was not only honor in itself as the recognition of the FBK Legal lawyers’ competence, but also useful for all those present.
Invited to take part in the panel meeting were the leading lawyers, sectoral experts and analysts, representatives of the government bodies and public organizations, Transneft employees and managers.

Ermolenko. – In particular, we spoke about the land ownership in the main pipeline construction, reconstruction and repairs; legal protection of the state-owned companies at the attempted corporate greenmailing, communication with the ecologists, the ways to control unauthorized cut-ins and construction of the illegal refining facilities.”
AK Transneft advisory panel has been functioning since December 2012 as a public platform for the discussions of socially important topics, primarily, the oil geopolitics, fuel-and-energy sectoral problems and business social responsibilities, with the involvement of the leading specialist, representatives of mass media and public leaders.
