FBK Legal Provides Legal Accompaniment to SEVERALMAZ Additional Issue of Shares

The lawyers of FBK Legal Corporate Practice support the procedure of placing by open subscription of additional shares of SEVERALMAZ, one of the largest diamond mining enterprises in Russia.

The lawyers of FBK Legal prepared a package of documents for the issue registration and a prospectus of the emission of shares by SEVERALMAZ.
The Bank of Russia registered them on May 13, 2014.

According to Dmitry Kudrin, the FBK Legal Corporate Practice leading lawyer heading the project, the plan is to complete the project by the end of the year. The final stage will be to have the report on the results of capital issue registered.

SEVERALMAZ (Archangelsk Oblast), which is in the structure of ALROSA, is licensed to and carries out the mining of the diamond field named after M.V. Lomonosov with the reserves of about 200 bn carats of rough diamonds.
Owing to the issue of additional shares SEVERALMAZ can attract additional investments to an amount of about 16 bn roubles.
