FBK Legal Ranked High by Russian Arbitration Association

FBK Legal has been ranked first in four categories of the new law firm ranking 2022/2023 prepared by the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA), namely in such practice areas as land law, real estate and construction; corporate; tax; and economic sanctions. The firm’s private capital practice area was also recognised.

The ranking is based on mathematical calculation of lawyers' participation rates in the firm's practice areas and data processing from questionnaires, quantitative and qualitative assessment of projects.

The RAA was established in April 2013. Its main objectives are to support arbitration courts and internal commercial arbitration in Russia and the CIS, advocate Russia as a seat of arbitration, promote Russian arbitrators in Russia and abroad, and raise awareness among Russian lawyers about alternative dispute resolution means.
