A corresponding decision was made on 23 April 2026 by Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation ‘Social Capital’, which coordinates the verification system.
The Public Business Capital Standard was approved by Executive Order No. 2230 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 30 December 2025, and is applied by organisations on a voluntary basis. The document defines key approaches to the preparation and disclosure of public non-financial reporting, which comprises systematised information on an entity's environmental, social, governance, and economic activities. It also establishes the procedure for verifying the alignment of a company's activities with the target values of the public business capital indicators.
