FBK Partner took part in a conference on tax administration

FBK Partner, Director of Tax Litigation Department at FBK Legal Galina Akchurina spoke on the “Developments in Judicial Practices on Tax Administration” (discovery of documents, interrogations, expert examinations) in the conference “Tax Administration: Development Trends”.

Galina Akchurina gave a summary of judicial outcomes in tax administration and outlined emerging trends in this area.

The conference participants, including people from largest law and advisory firms, officials from the Finance Ministry and the Federal Tax Service as well as tax lawyers from large corporations, discussed topical issues of tax policies, tax administration and judicial practices.

According to Galina Akchurina, annual conferences on law enforcement (especially on tax law enforcement) provide excellent opportunities for leading lawyers to share best practices, keep up with the latest trends and promote development of the professional community.
