FBK Partner Vladimir Skobarev Contributes to Russian Translation of Updated Integrated Thinking Principles

18 december 2025

The Russian translation of the revised ‘Integrated Thinking Principles’—a cornerstone framework developed by the Value Reporting Foundation (now part of the IFRS Foundation)—has been finalised. The Integrated Reporting Committee in collaboration with the Russian Institute of Directors led the initiative. Vladimir Skobarev, Partner and Head of Corporate Governance & Sustainability Services at FBK, served as an expert on the translation team.

The Principles complement the previously released ‘International Integrated Reporting Framework’ and advocate for a systematic approach to creating long-term value through an integrated understanding of strategy, risk, capital, culture, and business impact. The paper is particularly pertinent for boards of directors, financial executives, sustainability specialists, and investors seeking to ground governance in a holistic view of the business model.

‘Integrated thinking is a practical tool for sustainable management amid high uncertainty. For FBK, contributing to the translation represents an investment in advancing the professional landscape, where the quality of reporting is directly linked to the quality of decision-making’, noted Vladimir Skobarev.
