FBK’s Experts Participate in VEB.RF Valuation Day

Alexander Matyushin, an Associate Director of the Valuation Department, and senior managers of that department Natalia Yashchinskaya and Ekaterina Bukova have participated in the Valuation Day organised by VEB.RF. Together with specialists from the economic development institution, they moderated roundtable discussions on how to take into account entrepreneurial profit in the valuation of land rights under the income approach, how to calculate the discount rate in the current circumstances and how to search for market information to value intangible assets.

Valuation Day is a professional discussion platform for valuers from valuation firms accredited by VEB.RF and collateral specialists from other banks (PSB, Gazprombank, VTB and others) to discuss relevant complicated matters concerning valuation, legislative changes, new and best practices in valuation.
