FBK's Head of Public Sector Advisory Becomes Partner

Irina Dubinia, Head of Public Sector Advisory, has been appointed a partner at FBK Grant Thornton in recognition of her unique expertise and an increase in the demand for the services provided by her department.

Irina has worked in public finances since 1994 and joined FBK Grant Thornton in 2002. She worked for the Russian Ministry of Finance, International Monetary Fund and is an acclaimed expert in the theory and practice of public finance and public administration. Moreover, she is the only specialist in the CIS who is a member of the IMF Government Finance Statistics Advisory Committee.
