FBK sets to embark on a new service line

A variety of new business solutions has been designed by FBK to extend its professional services to meet evolving needs of its clients. A new service line offers a range of services in managing non-core assets of public and private clients. The team from Asset Management Company has joined FBK to take up developing this new venue of business development.

As explained by Ilya Livkin, Director at Asset Management Department, it is with growing frequency that buyer search services in the area of non-core assets, managing bidding process or direct sales and financing deals have been lately solicited for, especially at a time of financial recession. Business and public players seek to dispose of such assets and, generally, excessive property which requires incurring operating costs. “Over the years of operating in the Russian market we have amassed really unique experience in addressing disposal issues comprehensively. The assets we deal with may include real property, equipment and transport, asset complexes of different application, claims, stocks and ownership stakes in companies. We accurately tailor our services to address each asset’s specific features,” Ilya Livkin noted”.
