FBK Specialists to Audit Financial Statements of Pharmstandard Group Companies

Specialists of FBK Department of General Audit are to audit the financial statements of 12 companies of Pharmstandard Group.

The auditors will check the reporting for 2014 prepared in accordance with the Russian relevant legislation.
The cooperation of Pharmstandard Group Companies with FBK began three years ago.

According to Anastasia Ivanova, the Department of General Audit associate director heading the project, this project is significant for FBK as the Company works not only with Pharmstandard but also with eleven enterprises belonging to the group.

“During the years of our work with the pharmaceutical companies we have accumulated wide experience in the field of audit of companies in this sector,” added the head of the project.


Pharmstandard is the leading pharmaceutical company in Russia engaged in the development and production of medicines and medical equipment.
According to the Company’s statements the revenue from the sale of medicines for the first six months of 2014 was over RUR 17bn.
Pharmstandard has 8 plants to produce medicines in Russia and Ukraine.
Since May 2007the Pharmstandard shares and GDRs are traded at the MICEX-RTS (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange) and LSE (London Stock Exchange, respectively.
