FBK the auditor of Khimprom (Novocheboksarsk)

By the decision of the shareholders’ general meeting FBK was approved as the auditor of the accounting (financial) statements of Khimprom (Novocheboksarsk) for 2013.
According to Anastasia Ivanova, deputy-director of FBK general audit department, Khimprom is one of FBK’s significant clients the cooperation with which has been lasting for a number of years and developing successfully.
Khimprom is one of the key enterprises in the RF chemical industry; it produces over 100 descriptions and brands of goods, which are in requisition at the national and international markets.
The enterprise is under the governance of Orgsintez Group.
According to the company’s accounting statements the receipts of Khimprom for 2012 amounted to 5 758 778 thousand roubles.
