FBK to audit EuroChem Group

On 15 July 2013 an agreement was signed between FBK and EuroChem Group under which FBK specialists will carry out the audit of reporting documents prepared in accordance with the Russian reporting standards for 2013. FBK is also appointed an auditor for a number of EuroChem Group subsidiaries and dependent entities.

OJSC MCC EuroChem is a vertically integrated company combining the mining and manufacturing enterprises, logistics companies and distribution networks, with an infrastructure in Russia and the CIS countries, Europe, the USA, Mexico, and Asia. EuroChem accounts for 1.9% of the world mineral fertilizer output.
