FBK to Audit Gazprom

FBK was announced the winner in the open competition for rendering the services of audit of Gazprom financial statements, the summary financial statements of Gazprom Group and the consolidated financial statements of Gazprom Group prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Statements (IFRS) for 2015.

“FBK has cooperated with Gazprom since 1996. We render our services to about 80% of the Company subsidiaries. The statutory audit for 2015 to-be-held is the continuation, further development, a new stage in our business relationship. Gazprom is among the world's largest fuel and energy companies, it has one of the world's richest natural gas resources. The company was established in 1993 on the basis of assets of the Ministry of Gas Industry of the Russian Federation. The core activities of the company are the exploration, production, transportation, storage, processing and sales of gas, gas condensate, oil, and the production and sale of heat and electricity.
