FBK to Complete the Project on Transfer Pricing for ATOMENERGOSBYT

The specialists of FBK Departments of Business Processes Outsourcing and Financial Consulting completed a comprehensive project for ATOMENERGOSBYT in the course of which the financial analysis of the company’s activity was made, the transactions that require notification of the tax authorities were singled out and the notifications of controlled transactions were prepared for 2013.

At the initial stages the FBK specialists recommended the price management method to their client and calculated the range of market prices, analyzed the economic activity of the company and proposed more adequate methods of pricing for business transactions.
Then based on the criteria of the law on transfer pricing the transactions requiring notification were singled out.

At the final stage the staff of the FBK Business Processes Outsourcing Department prepared notifications to the tax authorities on the controlled transactions ATOMENERGOSBYT carried out last year.

“The outsourcing of preparation of controlled transactions notifications allows large companies to significantly shorten the time, reduce the tax risks and improve business environment on the whole. We plan to continue developing this new area of outsourcing in our company,” noted Oksana Soldatova, the Business Processes Outsourcing Department director.
