FBK to Determine Value of Technodinamika Holding Shares

FBK Grant Thornton will determine the value of the shares in Technodinamika Holding, which belongs to Rostec State Corporation. 

Head of Valuation Stanislav Novikov says that they have just started to work and it is a very interesting, complicated and significant project for the firm from a professional perspective.

“The valuation is aimed to attract a strategic investor and develop the holding. And in such a way our firm contributes to the development of two most advanced industries in Russia, namely the aviation and space industries,” Stanislav Novikov says.

Technodinamika Holding of Rostec State Corporation established in 2009 consists of 35 Russian plants and R&D institutes of the aviation and space industries that employ over 30 thousand people.
