FBK to Monitor Construction of Large Residential Complex in Moscow

FBK Grant Thornton will render services to Mangazeya Group related to monthly financial and technical monitoring of the project on construction of the You and Me residential complex financed by one of the largest Russian banks.

Igor Sadovnikov, Director of the Investment and Construction Advisory Department, says that such monitoring is one of the most effective ways to control implementation of investment projects as it provides reliable information at each phase.

“The monitoring will include analysis of the cost of works, the budget analysis and confirmation of the budgetary framework, the construction schedule analysis, checking availability of the initial permits and review of actual construction costs,” he says.
