FBK Grant Thornton will perform for Alfa-Bank financial and technical audit of a project for the construction of INGRAD’s new residential complex.
Igor Sadovnikov, Director of Investment and Construction Advisory, says that it is very important for the investor to receive reliable data about progress in the project implementation. “This makes it possible to avoid unplanned losses and make timely financial, management and other adjusting decisions,” he says.
FBK’s investment and construction advisors will analyse the estimated and actual cost of works and expected construction period. They will also examine permits and project documents and verify the budget and actual construction costs.
