FBK Grant Thornton has signed a contract with Port Holding LLC to perform business valuation in Nakhodka.
According to Stanislav Novikov, FBK Partner and Director of the Valuation Department, this type of valuation is one of the most complicated and large-scale. “It is necessary to take into account a lot of factors. Business market value depends both on financial flows and the value of all its assets, as well as on the company’s development prospects,” he says.
Companies which belong to Port Holding provide services (loading, unloading, transshipment etc.) at the port located in the city of Nakhodka.
