FBK to Prepare the TVEL Reporting for 2013

The FBK specialists of the international financial reporting department began to implement the project of preparation of the annual financial (accounting) statements in accordance with the IFRS of TVEL joint stock company for 2013.

According to Nadezhda Mikhailenko, the FBK international financial reporting department director for consulting, in the process of its preparation the reporting will be prepared not for TVEL only but also for the two subsidiary sub-holding companies, And here FBK will act in the capacity of a consultant for the preparation of reporting.

TVEL JSC is one of the world largest producers of fuel cells for nuclear reactors; it provides nuclear fuel for 74 power reactors in Russia and fifteen states of Europe and Asia, 30 research reactors in the world as well as all the transport reactors of the nuclear fleet of Russia, it is part of the Rosatom Corporation.
