FBK to Provide Assurance of Vnesheconombank Non-Financial Report

FBK Grant Thornton singed a contract with Vnesheconombank to provide services related to independent assurance of VEB’s non-financial report for 2017.

FBK Partner Vladimir Skobarev said that VEB had prepared non-financial reports for many years and was one of the leaders in the quality of sustainability information disclosure.

“Independent assurance of public non-financial reporting is an important factor for its improvement and interaction with stakeholders,” Vladimir Skobarev said.

Vnesheconombank is a government-owned development bank which operates to assist in implementation of the state socio-economic policy, enhance competitiveness of the Russian economy and provide for its modernization by means of innovation.
