FBK to provide consulting services to Moscow Consolidated Electrical Supply Network Company

On 27 August 2013 ‘Moskovskaya Obedinennaya Setevaya Kompaniya’ concluded an agreement with FBK for consulting services in relation to compiling the consolidated financial reporting under the IFRS. This agreement was made based on the FBK winning results in the open competitive negotiation.
JSC MOESK (JSC Russian Grids affiliate) is one of the biggest distribution grid companies in Russia. The basic activities are the delivery of services of electric power transmission and technological connection of users to the electric power grids on the territory of Moscow and Moscow Region.
The JSC MOESK activities are aimed at improving the reliability of electric power supply to the users, increasing the grids capacity, modernizing the transmission facilities, eliminating the production deficit in Moscow region against the background of predicted growth of electricity consumption, and reducing the costs.
