FBK to Provide Consulting Services to Rusnano

FBK will consult Rusnano on the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

FBK’s valuation experts will determine the fair value of around 40 Rusnano’s large investment and innovative projects. In their turn, FBK’s IFRS experts will prepare the IFRS consolidation packages for the six and twelve months ended 30 June and 31 December 2018 and consult the client during the review performed by an independent auditor.

RUSNANO implements state policy for the development of the nanoindustry in Russia, acting as a co-investor in nanotechnology projects, which have substantial economic or social potential.
