FBK has signed an agreement with the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts to perform valuation of leasehold rights in premises to be used for public catering facilities.

According to Stanislav Novikov, FBK Partner and Director of Valuation Department, such valuation requires detailed analysis of the market situation. “First of all, we pay attention to possible advantages to be gained by a lessee for which it will be ready to pay,” he says.

The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts is a museum complex which has one of the largest collections of foreign art in Russia.  Its collection currently numbers about 700 thousand art works of different epochs from Ancient Egypt and Greece to the beginning of the 21st century.  The jewel of the collection is French art of the 19th and 20th centuries, which is one of the most famous collections in the world.
