FBK to Render Advisory Services to Sberbank

FBK was recognized the winner in the open tender for the provision of services to the North-West Bank of Sberbank of Russia.

In accordance with the terms of the competition the specialists of the FBK Financial Advisory together with the representatives of the FBK Corporate Practice will carry out the financial, legal and tax examination of the current activities of one of the offices of the North-West territorial Sberbank.

According to Lyubov Staroverova, the FBK Financial Advisory director, checking the current status of businesses is an important stage of the projects for consolidation, M&A, acquisition of assets, as well as for evaluation of collateral and lending.

Lyubov Staroverova also emphasized FBK’ extensive experience in the implementation of due diligence projects for the companies in different industries working both under the Russian and foreign jurisdictions.

Sberbank of Russia is one of the oldest in Russia (founded in 1841) and largest banks in Europe, taking the 33rd position in the annual rating of the Top 1000 World Banks.
