FBK was selected as the auditor of entities of United Metallurgical Company

FBK was announced to be the winner of a tender for selecting audit companies to perform annual audit of financial statements of United Metallurgical Company entities under RAS for the year 2011, including OJSC Vyksa Steel Works, OJSC OMK Steel, NP SOTs Metallurgist, Preventorium Metallurgist, Charitable Foundation OMK – Consideration etc.

CJSC OMK was established in 1992. At the moment it is one of the major Russian producers of products for leading energy, transport and industrial companies. Among the main consumers of OMK products are leading Russian and overseas companies: Gazprom, Russian Railways, LUKoil, ExxonMobil, General Electric, Samsung. Products of United Metallurgical Company are exported to 20 countries of the world.
