Gazprom shareholders approved FBK as its auditor

PAO Gazprom’s AGM approved FBK as the auditor of the Company for 2016. FBK was recognized the winner of an open tender organized by PAO Gazprom.

FBK will audit the accounting (financial) statements of PAO Gazprom, combined financial statements of the Gazprom Group and consolidation financial statements of the Gazprom Group for 2016 prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.

This decision has reiterated commitment of Gazprom and FBK leaders towards pursuing strategic partnership and strengthening cooperation.
