Grant Thornton International named ‘Employer of the Year’

For the second consecutive year, Grant Thornton International (GTI), an association made up of independent assurance, tax and advisory firms, to which FBK is a member firm, has been named global 'employer of the year' by the International Accounting Bulletin.

As explained by experts, this award acknowledges the concerted efforts of all member firms towards development and internal training of their personnel and confirms the GTI position as one of the world’s leaders in the sector.

IAB experts highlighted the innovations enabled by GTI which aim to develop personnel and improve occupational patterns, including Expression of interest site to alert Grant Thornton people to workplace opportunities in other countries, and the ‘Illuminations for growth’ programme to build coaching skills and create a coaching culture.

Online Global Jam summits have received the invariably high appreciation of the jury. These online meetings are designed to bring together all those concerned to discuss the issues of international cooperation, development of the network business activities, personnel management, customer services improvement.
