Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia has thanked FBK Economic and Law School officially

Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia (IPAR) has thanked FBK Economic and Law School (ELS) officially for the major contribution in preparation and advanced training of professional accountants. For many years FBK ELS has been the accredited training and methodological centre of IPAR.

Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia (IPAR) is the largest non-commercial professional association of accountants in Russia. It was founded in 1997 with the support of the Ministry of Finance to realize the Government’s program on reforming of accounting in the Russian Federation and to consolidate the professional community. In 2001 the Institute became the first Russian organization- member of IFAC.
