Lawyers of FBK Legal at the IBA Conference on Law Firm Management

The audience and the speakers discussed a wide range of issues regarding the operation of law firms: marketing of legal services, presence of companies in the international market of services, prospects and forecasts for market development in 2015, international trends in tendering for law services, hiring and dismissal of law firm employees, and a whole series of other issues.
The IBA representatives spoke about the activities of the specialized law firm management Committee, shared their views on what the legal business will be like in 2015 in the light of the latest geopolitical and economic trends.
Alexander Ermolenko delivered his report at the section of “Law firm financial management”.
The lawyers of FBK Legal think that at the conference a wide range of expert views was presented on the most essential issues of law firm development. The participants spoke highly of the work done by IBA: the organizers managed to bring together practitioners from different sectors representing Russia, the countries of near and far abroad, and to initiate a free and professional discussion.
