Lawyers of FBK Legal Completed the Project on Legal Support to Extra Emission of Severalmaz Shares

A group of lawyers of FBK Legal Corporate Practice headed by Dmitry Kudrin, senior lawyer, Corporate Project Manager, successfully completed a year-long project for legal support to the extra emission of shares by Severalmaz – one of the major diamond mining enterprises of Russia.

At the first stage a package of documents was prepared to register the securities issue and the prospectus of shares that were registered by the Bank of Russia.

At the second stage the lawyers of FBK Legal carried out legal accompaniment to the state registration procedure of the report on the issue of securities.

The Department of Financial Market Accessibility under the Central Bank of the Russian Federation granted the issuer an official document to certify the fact of extra issue registration.
“Now the issue is considered to be completed. That was an interesting project. We are looking forward to continuing our cooperation,” said Dmitry Kudrin, the project manager.

Severalmaz (Arkhangelsk Region) affiliated with ALROSA is licensed to develop the Lomonosov diamond field with the reserves of about 200 mn carats of rough diamonds.
