Leading Russian lawyers discussed the pressing problems and business aspects

On December 10—11, 2013 with the support of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation the National Legal Congress was held at the International multi-media RIA Novosti Center. The leading experts of FBK Legal Alexander Ermolenko, head of the corporate practice, and Alexei Yakovlev, head of the tax litigation practice, took part in the work of the congress, including the discussion of legal education in Russia, development of the market of legal services and judicial reform.

The FBK Legal experts spoke highly of the level of discussions and emphasized practical usefulness of the Congress not only for the sector at large, but for every participant as well. In the lawyers’ opinion, the National Legal Congress has already acquired recognition of the professional community as the site which traditionally gathers representatives of the Russian courts, law firms, government and civil society organizations, business structures as well as conspicuous figures in the field of law and jurisprudence.
