M&A workshop by FBK Legal at Nachitka

On 6 October 2016 Alexander Ermolenko, partner of FBK Legal, gave a workshop “M&A deal techniques ” for young lawyers as part of a series of seminars known as Nachitka. Alexander told the audience about main patterns of M&A deal structuring and sale of business in Russia.

Alexander commented, “I’ve been speaker at Nachitka for the second year in a row. The seminar brings together attentive, serious-minded and forward-thinking, dedicated to professional improvement under- and postgraduates. They are absolutely brilliant. I see my role as an important part of this effort and I’m committed to encouraging further development of a new generation of young lawyers.”

The series of seminars feature presentations of leading lawyers from largest local and global law firms. The presentations dwell on pressing issues of law, tell about professional skills necessary for a lawyer, career paths in legal business, efficient approaches to managing a law firm.

Nachitka will run until October 8.

Nachitka is a series of free practical workshops by Russia’s leading lawyers intended for under- and postgraduates, and entry-level lawyers.
