FBK’s Managing Partner Boris Yatsenko has spoken at MINEX 2023, the nineteenth mining forum, in an opening session titled “Anti-Crisis Trends in the Industry. Risks and Opportunities”.
According to Boris, the key trend of the mining industry for the past 18 months is an attempt to smoothly adjust it to the new geopolitical environment. “The sanctions pressure has significantly affected both production processes that depend on imported equipment, materials and expertise, and export supply channels. That is why the role of the government has increased both in terms of development project financing and regulation,” Boris Yatsenko says.
MINEX Russia was established in 2005 as an industry platform that opens up new opportunities and formats for business development in the mining and metals industries of Russia and countries of the Eurasian Economic Community.
