MIPC General Meeting of Shareholders Approves FBK as Auditor

FBK has been approved as the auditor of MIPC. That decision was made by the annual general meeting of shareholders.

“MIPC, being one of the biggest heating suppliers, is a dynamic company. That is why despite a long history of our partnership each new audit of the company’s financial statements is a large-scale and demanding challenge for us,” says FBK’s Managing Partner Alexey Smirnov.

MIPC is a central heating and hot water supplier in Moscow in the area of operation of Mosenergo power plants, its own heating supply sources and other thermal generation facilities. MIPC transmits, distributes and sells heat energy, operates and develops the central heating supply system and generates heat energy.
