Partner Vladimir Skobarev Participates in Roundtable Discussion at Higher School of Economics

FBK’s Partner Vladimir Skobarev has spoken in a roundtable discussion about Russian practices of verification of green financial instruments organised by the Faculty of Economics of the Higher School of Economics as part of the Twenty Fourth Yasinskaya (April) International Academic Conference. The event brought together academicians, scientists and businesspersons specialised in sustainable development.

Vladimir Skobarev spoke about verification of green financial instruments as an audit service and explained nuances of the audit approach to verification of financial instruments based on the requirements of Resolution No. 1587 dated 21 September 2021 of the Russian Government and auditing standards.

“Green financial instruments are quite a new concept for our country. Naturally, their verification methods are still being developed. In our opinion, audit technologies are today most reliable in terms of the quality of verification,” Vladimir Skobarev says.
