On February 2, 2012 within annual exhibition “Economic and Business Education” a joint round table of Russian Association of Business Education and Russian Managers Association was held.
Moderator of the round table and General Director of FBK Economic and Law School, Sergey Pyatenko delivered there a report on “Problems and Prospects of Short-Term Business Education”.
The attendees discussed the principal differences between short-term professional training programs and MBA, including peculiarities of marketing, taxation, pricing, organization and orientation of short-term programs. “Apparently Russian-language international qualifications supported by reputable international organizations (e.g. DipIFR, CIA, IAB) will continue competing with MBA programs in certain market sectors”, Sergey Pyatenko emphasized.
The round-table drew up considerable interest of representatives of business community.
