Review of Gazprom’s 9M 2016 statements completed

The FBK auditors completed a review of IFRS consolidated interim condensed financial statements of Gazprom PJSC for the nine months of 2016.

Since the time FBK was recognised the winner of an open tender for the right to audit Gazprom’s financial information, the FBK audit team has reviewed and audited Gazprom’s consolidated financials and aggregate accounting statements on a quarterly and annual basis, respectively.

According to Ksenia Shirikova, the engagement leader and a Senior manager of the IFRS and Assurance Department, the audit of Gazprom’s financials is a large-scale and sophisticated project. To accomplish it successfully, efficient concerted teamwork is crucial.

She went on to add, “Vast experience and efficient use of our professional resources superbly positively affect our performance as auditors and help us meet the time schedule.”
