Shareholders of ALFA-BANK Approve FBK as Auditor

ALFA-BANK’s annual General Meeting of Shareholders has approved FBK as the company’s auditor.

FBK GT will audit the statutory financial statements of ALFA-BANK and IFRS consolidated financial statements of the ALFA-BANK Group for the year ending 31 December 2020. FBK has been ALFA-BANK's auditor since 2017.

ALFA-BANK is one of Russia’ biggest banks owned by Alfa Group. As of 1 April 2020, ALFA-BANK ranked fifth among Russia’s top banks with the net assets of RUB 4.3tn and equity of RUB 607bn.
