The February Issue of the Financial and Accounting Consultations e-Magazine Came Out.

The February issue (in Russian) presents a survey of legislation amendments for December 2013 as well as the articles of specialists of FBK Company on the topical matters.

In particular, in the article of “On the procedure of expense recognition as state due” A Bobrineva, the expert of FBK Legal, analyzes the procedure of accounting for the purpose of calculating the income tax expenses in the form of the state duty and the possibility of recognition of such expenses in case of refusal of the registration authority to take the appropriate legal actions.
The author analyzes the applicable laws and judicial practice on that matter and arrives at the conclusion that in a whole range of cases lately the courts have passed judgements that do not allow the taxpayer to refer to the expenses the amounts of the state dues, registration fees, and some other payments.
The lawfulness of deduction of such expenses from the profit will evidently have to be determined judicially.

The edition continues covering the subjects of business magazines “Your Tax Advocate”, “The New in the Accounting” and “Financial and Accounting Consultations” that used to be published on paper.
