In his presentation to Russia’s leading companies and sector-specific government authorities Alexander Ermolenko focused on the current business regulatory environment in the region and promising venues for development and paying specific attention to essential legislation improvements.
In his closing words, Alexander said, “Unfortunately, today’s external climate has negative impact on the Arctic’s pace of development. This being said, FBK with its immense experience and expertise in advisory services and support in private and public partnership projects, on the one hand, and the legal community as a whole, are now ready to suggest an array of measures to significantly improve efficiency of exploration and development of these territories vital for this country’s economy.”
